OUR PROGRAMS
NINJAS (ages 3-6)
This class, for our younger students, emphasizes listening skills, develops focus and concentration and builds basic motor skills and simple self-defense ability.
JUNIORS (ages 6-12)
This class takes the "Little Ninja" skills to a higher level and also builds discipline and self-confidence along with self-defense, physical and fighting skills.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
This class develops cardiovascular health, burns calories to promote loss of pounds and inches and uses boxing bags to build muscle tone. Participants wear workout clothes, aerobic shoes and should bring water and a towel.
ADULT CLASSES
Self-defense: The emphasis is on the practical applications of Kenpo. As a benefit of this traininig, students will gain muscle strength, flexibility and some cardiovascular fitness. This class features a rotating curriculum that includes Escrima, boxing and street self-defense.
Sport fighting: Semi-contact sparring is taught to develop timing, managing distance, offense, defense and footwork in a safe venue. Students who wish to compete will also recieve specialized training in sparring to prepare for local and national tournaments.
FORMS CLASS
A class for students who want to work on the fine points of their forms and get extra practice. There is a Forms Class for Juniors and one for Adults.
JIU JITSU
A class for students who want to train on the fundamentals of grappling and/or ground fighting.
PRIVATE TUTORING CLASSES
Students can schedule a 30-minute private tutoring session with an instructor for an additional fee. They are ideal for preparing for a belt promotion test, practicing a new form, or whenever students need an extra review of the materials.
